ARBOR METALS APPOINTS PETER BORN AS DIRECTOR

September 18, 2019 – Vancouver, British Columbia – Arbor Metals Corp. (the “Company”)

(TSXV: ABR) announces that, effective immediately, Peter Born has been appointed as a

director of the Company. Mr. Born is a professional geologist who brings to the Company more

than thirty years of experience evaluating and advancing exploration-stage projects in Canada.

Mr. Born holds a Ph.D. in Earth Sciences from Carleton University.

Following the appointment of Mr. Born, the board of directors of the Company consists of Alex

Klenman, Mark Ferguson, Richard Ko and Peter Born.
