NEWS RELEASE

ARBOR METALS ANNOUNCES FALL 2026 EXPLORATION PROGRAM AT KEMLEE LAKE LITHIUM

PROJECT

Vancouver, Canada – August 4, 2026 – Arbor Metals Corp. (“Arbor” or the “Company”) (TSXV: ABR, FWB:

432) is pleased to announce plans to undertake a Phase 3 exploraƟon program at its wholly owned Kemlee

Lake Lithium Project, located southeast of Lake Nipigon in central Ontario.

The planned Fall 2026 explora Ɵon program has been designed to follow up on encouraging results

generated during the Company's 2025 field season, which iden Ɵfied several priority lithium explora Ɵon

targets through an integrated bark and rock sampling program. These anomalous zones correspond closely

with magneƟc highs iden Ɵfied through both Ontario government airborne geophysical surveys and the

Company's 2024 ground magne Ɵc survey, strengthening the Company's confidence in the explora Ɵon

potenƟal of the project.

The proposed explora Ɵon program will u Ɵlize man -portable Shaw Drills, capable of tes Ɵng targets to

depths of approximately 20 metres. The shallow drilling program is intended to provide an efficient and

cost-effecƟve method of evaluaƟng the highest-priority targets before advancing to a larger-scale diamond

drilling program.

Bark sampling has become an increasingly important explora Ɵon technique within the Georgia Lake

lithium camp and has contributed to the discovery of several spodumene- bearing pegma Ɵte systems

throughout the district. Arbor believes the strong correla Ɵon between the Company's geochemical

anomalies and coincident magne Ɵc features represents compelling drill targets that warrant further

invesƟgaƟon.

The Phase 3 program is currently planned for the Fall of 2026 and remains subject to financing and

customary operaƟonal planning.

Management Commentary

“We are excited to advance explora Ɵon at Kemlee Lake following the encouraging results generated

through our systemaƟc exploraƟon programs,” said Mark Ferguson, President and Chief ExecuƟve Officer

of Arbor. “The combina Ɵon of mul Ɵple lithium anomali es, favourable geophysical signatures and the

geological similariƟes to the nearby Georgia Lake camp provides us with several compelling targets. The

planned Shaw Drill program offers an efficient way to priori Ɵze these targets ahead of a larger diamond

drilling campaign, while conƟnuing to build our understanding of the property’s lithium potenƟal.”

Environmental Stewardship

Arbor remains commi Ʃed to conduc Ɵng all explora Ɵon ac ƟviƟes in a safe, responsible and

environmentally sustainable manner. The Company will conƟnue to work closely with local stakeholders

and Indigenous communi Ɵes while adhering to industry best prac Ɵces designed to minimize

environmental impacts and ensure responsible exploraƟon.

Board of Directors Update

The Company also announces that Alex Klenman has resigned from its Board of Directors, effec Ɵve

immediately, to pursue other business opportuni Ɵes. Mark Ferguson, President and Chief Execu Ɵve

Officer, commented: “On behalf of the Board and management, I would like to sincerely thank Alex for his

valuable contribuƟons, guidance and dedicaƟon during his Ɵme as a director of Arbor. His experience and

support have been greatly appreciated as the Company advanced its porƞolio of exploraƟon projects. We

wish Alex every success in his future business endeavours.”

these projects through systema Ɵc explora Ɵon and responsible development.

The Company's Kemlee Lake Lithium Project is strategically located approximately three kilometres east

of Rock Tech Lithium Inc.'s Aumacho claim blocks and approximately twelve kilometres south of the

Georgia Lake Project. The property shares many geological characteris Ɵcs with the prolific Georgia Lake

lithium district, including favourable host geology and the presence of large intrusive pegmaƟte dykes.
