Absolutely Critical Resources Provides Exploration Update

Mary Ann’s Lake Zinc/Copper/Silver Project – Cape Breton, Nova Scotia
The Mary Ann's Lake exploration target lies in proximity (approximately 1,500 m) to the former Stirling Mine a massive sulphide deposit and former producer of Zn-Pb-Cu-Ag-Au. Mary Ann's Lake is a blind prospect discovered by an airborne survey flown in winter 1992. Initial follow-up ground IP and drilling in 2 short holes encountered a broad (80 m wide) altered and mineralized zone (talc-sericite-pyrite) closely resembling the host rocks to the Stirling Mine.
The significance of the talc-sericite-pyrite interbedded with mudstone and felsic pyroclastics is that this mineralization is hydrothermal exhalative, which indicates proximity to a vent, the site of formation of massive sulphides. Post drilling ground and bore EM and surface survey by Crone Geophysics marked an anomaly about 50m below an important 4.03 o.p.t silver assay in massive sulphide in one of the holes drilled in 1992. This anomaly will be drill tested at the beginning of October. The funding is in place and the company has signed a contract with a drilling company to do the work on a fixed cost basis. To assist with the fund of this project, the Company has been awarded a grant of $52,500 under the Nova Scotia Junior Mining Assistance Program, $31,500 of which has already been advanced. The Company acknowledges and is grateful for, the support of, the Nova Scotia Mineral Resources Development Fund by the Government of Nova Scotia which has awarded the Company the shared grant.
An application for a permit to drill the property has been submitted to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Douglas (Doug) Hunter visited the property in June 2026 and showed the proposed Crown Land drill site to two provincial foresters with the Ministry as part of the drilling permit process. The Company expects to receive the permit shortly. Doug has visited the property to arrange for the necessary accommodations and infrastructure to complete the drilling program, and the project is expected to be completed by mid October.
Massey Nickel/Copper Project – Timmins, Ontario
The Massey Property, which comprises approximately 2,200 hectares, is an exceptional exploration project with a data supported exploration plan already in place. It is situated in the Kamiskotia Complex, host to number of VMS deposits and nickel sulphide zones. The property in the past was incorrectly interpreted to be underlain by a large granite intrusion. Recent geological traverses have established extensive gabbro, host rock for nickel sulphide mineralization and recent prospecting has identified sulphide occurrences coincident with VTEM anomalies. Numerous priority VTEM targets have been identified and modelled for drilling by Geotech. The project has strong priority targets and is drill ready; a work permit has been submitted and approved. In July 2026, the Ministry of Energy and Mines (Ontario) issued the diamond drilling permit for the Massey Property following the mandatory comment period which had to be extended to give a First Nation some extra time to review the application. This was due to the community evacuation that took place during the comment period.
On March 5, 2025, 2 additional claims were staked and registered to tie on to the north of the Massey Property.
A drone magnetometer survey was commissioned to cover certain priority VTEM anomalies to provide high resolution magnetic data over the targets. The report on the survey was approved and the next due dates for assessment work on the any of the claims on the property are January 27, 2027.
Previously available VTEM data covering the parts of the property was not available for a large area in the middle of the property (the “Doughnut Hole”). The missing Doughnut Hole VTEM data has now been acquired, and the Company now has VTEM coverage across the entire Massey Property
A prospecting program was completed on the Massey Project in June 2026 which was planned to check the bedrock exposure over a VTEM anomaly which was identified in the recently acquired Doughnut hole VTEM data. The anomaly is one of the stronger anomalies and was considered a candidate for diamond drilling. Prospecting did not explain the VTEM anomaly despite widespread outcrop exposure. It was anticipated that the anomaly may be flat lying as the Maxwell Pate model for another anomaly is also flat lying. During the prospecting an old undocumented trench was found with quartz veins and shearing. Not much time was spent on the trench or trying to trace the shear zone as it was not a priority. A total of 8 grab samples of gabbro and the quartz vein material from the shear zone were collected.
One gabbro sample returned elevated value of 1055 ppm Ni. This was not a mineralized exposure. This is considered significant as it is encouraging to see an elevated nickel value with only traces of visible sulfides, and proximal to the location of the anomaly.
A sample from the quart vein returned 0.34 g/t Au. This is an interesting result as the quartz vein material was associated with strong shearing and is an undocumented gold occurrence with no record of the old trench.
As a result of these results, on July 31, 2026, an additional 13 mining claims were registered along the east side of the Massey property to provide a larger buffer zone around the anomaly.
The Company commissioned geophysicist, Alan R. King, M.Sc., P. Geophys., to evaluate VTEM anomalies and complete Maxwell Plate Models on any VTEM anomalies planned for drilling. It was determined that a review by a geophysicist would be beneficial in evaluating the VTEM data as a complete continuous survey and to independently identify the strongest VTEM anomalies. From the originally identified strong anomalies, Alan has identified 5 very strong high-priority VTEM anomalies for drilling ranging from 400 siemens to an extreme high of 4500 siemens. There are also identified 17 second level anomalies on the Massey Property, with the 9 strong anomalies identified by Alan ranging from 220 to 525 siemens This modelling is essential for drill hole planning, as some of the known Maxell plates are flat lying. Douglas Hunter, P.Geo., stated “These are high-priority drill targets based on our knowledge of exploration on the adjoining property which is held by Mink Ventures Corporation (TSXV:MINK). This company, which is very active in the immediate area, has reported significant copper-nickel mineralization in a number of drill holes.” Drill hole planning without these plate models could lead to drill holes not explaining the VTEM anomalies.
Now that the final review from Alan King has been received, the two access trails on the property need to be scouted out to determine which targets can be accessed during the summer/fall drilling. This work, which will take a few days in the field, will determine which targets can be drilled in the summer/fall and which targets can only be drilled in winter and will be commenced shortly.
