THE SAGE PROPERTY GOLD PROJECT

September 16, 2020 – AMV Capital Corp. (TSX.V AMV). (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it

has completed the initial phase of its planned work program at the Sage Property Gold Project (the

“Project”) located near Kamloops, British Columbia.

The initial program was performed by RIO Minerals Limited and consisted of the recommendations as

outlined in the prospectus. The board of directors of the Company is in the process of reviewing the

results of the work program and the Company will provide additional information on the results of the

work once this review process is complete, and as such information becomes available.
