Aftermath Silver Announces Change of Auditor

Vancouver, British Columbia 27th April 2017 - Aftermath Silver Ltd. (TSX -

NEX:AAG.H) (“Aftermath” or “the Company”) announces that effective April 27th,

2017, Davidson & Company LLP have been appointed as the Company’s auditor

until the next annual general meeting of the Company. The Board of Directors

thanks the firm of KPMG LLP for their services.
