AVVENTURA RESOURCES LTD. ANNOUNCES SHARE ESCROW ARRANGEMENT
Vancouver, British Columbia, May 14, 2026: Avventura Resources Ltd. ("Avventura" or the
"Company") (CSE:AA), a Canadian mineral exploration company, is pleased to announce that it
has entered into voluntary escrow agreements with certain shareholders of the company (the
“Shareholders”), representing an aggregate of approximately 10,000,000 common shares of the
Company (the “Escrowed Shares”).
The Escrowed shares are subject to a release schedule established in connection with the
Company’s initial public offering, with releases occurring periodically through August 2027.
The voluntary escrow agreements formalize previously agreed-upon escrow arrangements and
provide for the implementation of transfer restrictions through the Company’s transfer agent.
In addition to the voluntary escrow agreements described above, certain insiders of the Company
are also subject to escrow restrictions pursuant to applicable securities laws and exchange
policies. Collectively, these arrangements represent a significant portion of the Company’s
issued and outstanding shares being subject to escrow or resale restrictions.
