RT MINERALS ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Vancouver, BC – RT Minerals Corp. (“RTM” / the “Company”) (TSXV: RTM) wishes to announce that Eric Kallio and Mario Stifano have resigned as directors of the Company due to work commitments with Lake Shore Gold. The Company wishes to thank Messrs. Kallio and Stifano for their service to the Company.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Alexander (Sandy) Bain and Steve Clippingdale have agreed to join the Board of Directors to fill the vacancies caused by the resignations of Messrs. Kallio and Stifano.
