PETER WONG DOES NOT STAND FOR RE-ELECTION AS A DIRECTOR

Vancouver, BC – June 21, 2012, Ethos Gold Corp. (the "Company" or “Ethos”) (TSX-V:

ECC) reports that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on June 20, 2012 all of the six management nominees named in the Company’s May 9, 2012 information circular were re-elected as directors for the ensuing year. After serving five years on the Board, Peter Wong did not stand for re-election. However, Mr. Wong will continue in his position as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
