WALKER RIVER ARRANGES FINANCING

Vancouver, B.C. December 20, 2013- Walker River Resources Corp. (“Walker” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: “WRR”) subject to regulatory approval, is arranging a private placement of up to 3 million flow-through shares at a price of 10 cents per share for gross proceeds of $300,000.

The company will also pay a finder’s fees in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Proceeds of the private placement will be used for work on the Company's mineral properties.
