Results of Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, Canada – Tumi Resources Limited (the “Company”) (TSXv-TM; OTCBB – TUMIF; Frankfurt - TUY). Mr. David Henstridge, President, announces that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 (the “AGM”), Messrs. David Henstridge, Nick DeMare and Harvey Lim were reelected as directors of the Company. In addition, all items put forth at the AGM were approved, including an ordinary resolution to ratify the Company’s Stock Option Plan.

At a directors’ meeting subsequent to the AGM, the directors appointed Mr. Henstridge as the President and Chief Executive Officer and Ms. Mariana Bermudez as Corporate Secretary.
