PBX Announces Grant of Options

(the “Company” or “PBX”) ") today announces that pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange, the Company will be granting 800,000 stock options to certain consultants and employees for a 1 year term at an exercise price of $0.22 per common share.
