Angel Gold Announces Appointment of Director

Vancouver, British Columbia / November 9, 2022 – Angel Gold Corp. (TSX.V: ANG) (“Angel Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Austin Hobkirk to the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Hobkirk is a businessman with extensive experience in internet marketing. He will serve as an independent director and as a member of the Audit Committee of the Company. The Board looks forward to working with Mr. Hobkirk to complete the previously announced property transaction.

The Company anticipates providing a further update on its fundamental acquisition of the Amanecer Lithium Project, as announced on May 2, 2022, May 9, 2022 and Sept. 19/22, in short order.
