CAPSTOCK ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, June 8, 2012 – CAPSTOCK FINANCIAL INC. (TSX-V: CPK) (the “Company” or “Capstock”) is pleased to announce that effective June 11, 2012, the Company’s name will change from “Capstock Financial Inc.” to “Gespeg Copper Resources Inc.”

At the opening of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on Monday June 11, 2012, the trading symbol for the Company will change from “CPK” to “GCR”. The new CUSIP number will be 374256105 and the new ISIN number will be CA3742561051. The share capital of the Company remains unchanged.

The Company also announces that the private placement for gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000 previously announced in the Company’s news release of March 27, 2012 is not proceeding.
