SEARCH MINERALS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF STOCK OPTIONS

St. Lewis, Newfoundland and Labrador – Newsfile Corp. – May 4, 2026 – Search Minerals Inc.

(TSXV: SMY | OTC: SHCMF) (“Search Minerals” or the “ Company”) announces that on April

30, 2026, the Board of Directors granted a total of 1, 800,000 stock options to certain directors,

officers, management, employees and service providers pursuant to the Company’s stock option

plan.

The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.50 per common share and expire on April 30,

2031, being five years from the date of grant , in accordance with the terms of the Company’s

stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Of the stock options granted, 1,400,000 will vest in equal quarterly installments over a two- year

period from the date of grant . The remaining 400,000 will vest as follows: 100,000 vest

immediately; 150,000 vest on April 30, 2027; and 150,000 vest on April 30, 2028.

The grant of stock options remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

two pilot plant operations and produced highly purified mixed rare earth carbonate concentrate

and mixed REO concentrate for separation and refining.
