Results of Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, British Columbia – Red Hut Metals Inc. (the “Company”) announces that at the Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) held on November 26, 2015, Messrs. Robert Eadie, Gary Arca, David Gunning and Michael Sweatman were reappointed directors of the Company. The shareholders also reappointed Wolrige Mahon LLP, Chartered Accountants as the Company’s auditors and approved the Company’s 10% rolling stock option. Also the disinterested shareholders approved the incentive stock options to insiders.

Subsequent to the Meeting, the board of Directors appointed Mr. Robert Eadie as Chief Executive Officer and President and Mr. Gary Arca as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company.
