NEWS RELEASE

QUALIFYING TRANSACTION UPDATE

November 26, 2013 – Vancouver, British Columbia (TSX-V: DEV.P) CT Developers Ltd. ("CT" or the "Company"), a capital pool company, is pleased to provide this update respecting its Qualifying Transaction (the “QT”). On October 16, 2013, the Company announced the execution of a definitive share exchange agreement with Bee Vectoring Technology Inc. ("BVT"), and the shareholders of BVT, to complete a share exchange, which would constitute its QT pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”)..

Subject to TSXV approval, BVT will become a wholly owned subsidiary of CT. At the completion of the QT, the resulting parent company (the “Resulting Issuer”) intends to change its name to “Bee Vectoring Technologies Inc.” and continue the BVT business.

BVT is a development stage company which owns patent pending technology specifically designed to utilize bees as natural delivery mechanisms for a variety of powdered mixtures comprised of organic compounds which inhibit or eliminate common crop diseases, while at the same time fertilizing the same crops without the use of water. The bees are dusted with the mixtures as they exit their hive en route to the fields containing the crops of interest.

In order to fund its operations after the completion of the QT the Company wishes to announce a concurrent a brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) of between $2,500,000 (minimum) and $3,100,000 (maximum) which will be raised through the issuance of units (“Units”), at a deemed price of $0.25 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share (a “Share”) and one warrant (a “Warrant”) of the Company; each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company for $0.75 for a period of five years from the date of closing of the QT.

The Company has signed an engagement letter, dated October 24, 2013, with Richardson GMP Limited (“Richardson”) whereby Richardson has agreed to act as the Company’s agent in the Private Placement on a commercially reasonable basis, and to provide services similar to those which would otherwise be provided by a sponsor in the absence of a brokered financing. The Units will be sold to ‘accredited investors’ in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and such other jurisdictions as may be agreed to between the Issuer and Richardson. Closing of the Private Placement will be conditional upon receiving all required approvals for the completion of the QT.

It is intended that the Private Placement will permit the Resulting Issuer to achieve its near term development goals and will provide adequate working capital for 12-months of operations.

Richardson recently exercised its agent’s option granted in connection with the Company’s initial public offering, by purchasing 250,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.20 per share.

In accordance with the policies of the TSXV, the Company was required to complete a QT by the 24-month anniversary of its initial exchange listing (this period expired on November 25, 2013). The Company was unable to meet this deadline and has been placed on notice that, unless a QT is completed by February 24, 2014, its shares may be delisted from the TSXV and, in connection with any delisting, all founders escrow shares held by principals of the Company could be cancelled.

The Company is pleased to confirm that its proposed QT is presently under review by the TSXV; a comprehensive submission has been made and comments are expected shortly. The Company expects to complete its QT with BVT prior to the February 24, 2014 deadlines and to avoid the consequences associated with being delisted.

The common shares of CT are presently suspended and it is expected that they will remain suspended until the completion or termination of the pending QT. The common shares had been halt traded since the announcement of the QT on October 16, 2013.

Completion of the QT is subject to a number of conditions, including the receipt of applicable regulatory approvals. There can be no assurance that the QT will be completed as proposed or at all.
