KENT EXPLORATION INC. ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO BAYHORSE SILVER INC

Vancouver, British Columbia -- (Marketwire –December 13, 2013) – Kent Exploration Inc. (TSX.V: KEX) (the "Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company’s name has been changed to Bayhorse Silver Inc., effective December 13, 2013.

Bayhorse Silver Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol of BHS at the open of trading on December 16, 2013. The Company’s new corporate website is www.bayhorsesilver.com.
