Auramex Resource Corp. announces that directors Chris McGillivray and Norman Allyn have resigned. New directors will be considered in light of certain other management changes that, if and when implemented, will strengthen management, decrease corporate debt, provide equity capital and fund exploration in 2018. Management regrets losing Norm and Chris and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
