Astorius Resources Ltd. ("Astorius") wishes to announce that Mr. Malcolm Powell has resigned as a Director and Officer – and Jason Powell has resigned as a Director – of the Company. Effective May 24, 2016 the following new appointments became effective:

Art Brown - Director, President and Chief Executive Officer Sandy MacDougall - Director and Chairman of the Board

The Astorius Board thanks Messrs. Malcolm Powell and Jason Powell for their services to the Company since its organization in 2007.

The Head Office of Astorius has been moved to the address set out at the top of this Release.
