November 13, 2012: Vancouver, BC - Strike Graphite Corp. (TSX-V: SRK) (the “Company”) announces that, effective today, Robert A. Biagioni has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Company. Geoff Balderson has replaced Mr. Biagioni as Chief Financial Officer and Blair Way, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed to the board of directors.
