MILLROCK RETAINS NEW CFO

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, July 17, 2013 - Millrock Resources Inc. (TSX-V: MRO) ("Millrock" or “the Company") announces that Larry Cooper, CFO of the Company has resigned effective July 17, 2013 to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Cooper, who also serves on Millrock’s Board of Directors, will retain his seat and continue to provide corporate direction and financial oversight. The Company would like to thank Larry Cooper for his service, wishes him well in his new endeavours and looks forward to his continuing contribution to Millrock.

Millrock has appointed Keith Granberry, CPA, CFE to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Granberry has been employed by Millrock since March, 2011 as the Company’s Controller. Mr. Granberry has over nine years of experience having graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington with a Bachelor of Administration degree (with concentration in Accounting and Management Information Systems).

In connection with the appointment of Mr. Granberry the Company has been granted 150,000 stock options that may be exercised at a price of 10 cents each for a period of five years.
