(Vancouver, December 10, 2010) – IEMR Resources Inc. (TSXV: IRI) (“IEMR” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Ian Mallmann has been appointed as a director of the Company.

Mr. Mallmann has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, real estate investment, finance, acquisitions, development and asset management. Mr. Mallmann is currently the principal of Chagford Square Capital Inc., a Vancouver-based real estate investment and corporate finance consulting firm. Mr. Mallmann holds a BA, an MBA and a law degree from the University of British Columbia.
