Rainy Mountain Grants Stock Options

West Vancouver, British Columbia, May 19, 2017 – Rainy Mountain Royalty Corp. (the “Company”) announces that in accordance with the terms of the Company’s stock option plan, the Company has granted 735,000 incentive stock options to certain independent Consultants, at an exercise price of $0.115 per share for a term of one year. The Consultants have been engaged to assist the Company with future financing and strategic corporate matters.
