Equitorial Announces Name Change

Vancouver, British Columbia: Equitorial Exploration Corp. (TSX-VENTURE:EXX) (“Equitorial” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the Company's application to change the name of the Company to "Equitorial Exploration Corp."

Effective at the opening of market, July 4, 2013, the Company’s shares began to trade under the new name "Equitorial Exploration Corp.". The stock symbol of the Company remains "EXX".
