Harvest Gold Announces Resignation of Director

Vancouver British Columbia – December 18, 2019: Harvest Gold Corporation (“Harvest Gold” or the “Company”) (TSXV: HVG), announces that David Mosher has resigned as a Director of the Company effective as of December 17, 2019. The Company thanks Mr. Mosher for his service as a member of its Board of Directors and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.

Harvest Gold CEO Rick Mark states: “I have known and worked with Dave since 2006 and have always appreciated his perspective and guidance as he is an excellent geologist and was a very well-regarded and successful CEO in our business. His decision to reduce his work commitments is good news for his family, but sad news for our company. Even though he will still be a phone call away, we shall miss him.”

As a result of Mr. Mosher’s resignation, the Company has reconstituted its Audit Committee. It now consists of Joel Matheson (Chair), Edward Zablotny and Patrick Donnelly.
