Killdeer Minerals Inc. Appoints Director

Vancouver, May 26, 2014 – Killdeer Minerals Inc. – KMI: TSX.V (“Killdeer”) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Satvir Dhillon as Director of the Company, effective May 26, 2014. Mr. Dhillon will focus on assisting the board and management with the corporate development of the Company.

Mr. Dhillon, of Vancouver, British Columbia, has worked in the retail banking, investment and securities industries for the last 24 years. He has been an active corporate communications specialist for various companies in both the public and the private sectors. Mr. Dhillon’s primary function is to develop awareness within the financial community of his client’s development potential and financial needs. He has been primarily involved in the corporate communications of U.S. Geothermal Inc. since the early stages of its public listing, and continues to be actively involved in its development.
