Incentive Stock Options Granted

Directors and employees of the Company have been granted a total of 860,000 share purchase options exercisable at $0.13 for a period of 5 years. These options will vest in accordance with the Company’s Stock Option Plan. Any shares issued as a result of the potential exercise of options granted will be subject to a four month hold period from the date of grant.
