CASCADERO MINERALS CORPORATION ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF CASCADERO COPPER CORPORATION

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada/May 27, 2015 -- Cascadero Copper Corporation (“CCD”) announces that on May 22, 2015, Cascadero Minerals Corporation (“CMC”) acquired 19,415,333 common shares (“Common Shares”) of CCD. The acquisition was completed through a Plan of Arrangement. Following completion of the transaction, CMC directly controls 19,415,333 Common Shares of CCD representing 12.8% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares of CCD.
