The Company reports that Glen Indra, a businessman, based in Vancouver was appointed as Director and Chief Financial Officer on June 29, 2015 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Jamie Lewin.

Effective at the open Thursday, October 27, 2016, the Company’s listing will be transferred to NEX, and trading in the Company’s securities will resume under the trading symbol of SVO.H.
