Duran Ventures Files Revised Interim Financial Statements

TORONTO, CANADA - July 29, 2011 - Duran Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: DRV) ("Duran" or the "Company") announces today that, as a result of an Ontario Securities Commission review of its first interim financial report prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards, it has filed revised interim financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2011. The revised interim financial statements include additional disclosure in Note 18 highlighting that there are no reconciling items for total comprehensive income for the periods reported. The revised disclosure is a non-cash item and results in no impact on any previously reported assets, liabilities, equity, net loss or comprehensive loss for the period.

The revised interim financial statements have been filed on SEDAR and are available on the Company's website.
