Tocvan Announces Commencement of Field Work and Airborne Magnetics Survey at Gran Pilar GOLD Silver Project Drilling and Trenching Prep Accelerate Discovery & Pilot MINE Production
TOCVAN ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF FIELD WORK AND AIRBORNE MAGNETICS
SURVEY AT GRAN PILAR GOLD SILVER PROJECT
DRILLING AND TRENCHING PREP ACCELERATE DISCOVERY & PILOT MINE PRODUCTION
Calgary, Alberta – September 16, 2025 – Tocvan Ventures Corp. (“Tocvan” or the “Company”) (CSE: TOC; OTCQB: TCVNF;
WKN: TV3/A2PE64) , a leading exploration and development company focused on gold and silver projects in Sonora,
Mexico, is pleased to announce the initiation of field work and an airborne magnetics survey at its flagship Gran Pilar Gold
Silver Project. This marks a significant step forward in the Company’s exploration and pilot mine programs, with
preparations for upcoming drilling and trenching activities set to begin shortly.
Field work has already started with precision and purpose, the field work encompasses advanced geological mapping,
targeted sampling, and sophisticated geophysical surveys aimed at pinpointing high -potential targets across the vast and
highly prospective Gran Pilar district. Elevating the program to new heights, the airborne magnetics survey is already in
flight, harnessing technology to uncover hidden structural features and mineral-rich zones that could redefine the project's
scope. This powerful, non-invasive tool will generate critical insights, sharpening our exploration strategy and setting the
stage for further resource growth.
In tandem with field activities, Tocvan is fast-tracking preparations for an ambitious drilling and trenching campaign, slated
to commence before the end of the month. These high-energy activities will zero in on emerging mineralization hotspots,
building on our track record of discoveries to expand resources and fast-track the path to production. With near-term pilot
mining on the horizon, Gran Pilar is positioned as a cornerstone asset poised to deliver upside in one of the globe's most
favorable mining jurisdictions.
“We are excited to kick off this next phase of exploration at Gran Pilar, leveraging advanced geophysical methods to
unlock the full potential of this promising district,” said Brodie Sutherland, CEO of Tocvan Ventures Corp. “The airborne
magnetics survey, combined with our upcoming drilling and trenching, represents a strategic approach to rapidly
advance our understanding of the mineralization and move closer to realizing value for our shareholders through
exploration discovery and pilot mine production. Sonora continues to be a prime jurisdiction for gold and silver
exploration, and we are committed to delivering results through disciplined and innovative progression of the project.”
Tocvan has secured full permit approval for a 10 -year pilot mine facility at its Gran Pilar Gold -Silver Project in Sonora,
Mexico, a mine-friendly jurisdiction that positions the company for near-term production and early cash flow generation
amid record-high gold prices. The fully permitted operation features an initial 50,000-tonne capacity heap leach pad within
a compact 4.5 -hectare infrastructure footprint, including a hydrometallurgical processing plant that employs sodium
cyanide leaching with a 60 -90 day retention cycle . Targeting high-grade ore from recent drilling intercepts and surface
trenches—metallurgical tests indicate strong recovery rates of 95 -99% for gold and 73 -97% for silver, with an initial bulk
sample achieving 62% gold recovery over 46 days, enabling the p ilot to validate extraction economics and support
expansion across the 21 km² property's South and North Blocks. T his milestone, complemented by approvals for 45 drill
pads and 67 trenches, accelerates Tocvan's transition from exploration to development, maximizing shareholder value
through aggressive advancement of high-grade zones on 100% controlled ground.
