Vancouver, British Columbia – July 18, 2016, - Inform Resources Corp. TSX.V:IRR (“Inform” or the "Company") is pleased to announce, further to its news release of June 3, 2016, that the Company will consolidate the common shares in its capital (the “Shares”) effective July 21, 2016 on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated Share for every ten (10) pre-consolidated Shares (the “Consolidation”).

The CUSIP number for the post Consolidation share is 45672C303 and the new ISIN number is CA45672C3030. The Company’s name and the stock symbol remain unchanged following the Consolidation. The Company has 1,470,292 Shares issued and outstanding after the Consolidation.
