FORTUNE MINERALS ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
LONDON, ONTARIO, Fortune Minerals Limited (TSX: FT) (OTCQX: FTMDF) (“Fortune” or the “Company”) (www.fortuneminerals.com) reports that the nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2014 Annual and Special Meeting of shareholders held on June 24, 2014 (the “Meeting”) were elected as directors of Fortune. Shareholders at the Meeting also approved the appointment of Fortune’s auditors, the re-approval of Fortune’s Stock Option Plan and the issuance of 2,086,127 common shares to Procon Resources Inc.
