SOJOURN VENTURES INC. SHARES COMMENCE TRADING ON THE TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

May 23, 2012 TSX Venture Exchange Canadian Trading Symbol: SOJ.P

Sojourn Ventures Inc. (the "Corporation"), a capital pool company pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSX-V"), is pleased to announce that its common shares have commenced trading on the TSX1V under the symbol "SOJ.P".

The Corporation previously announced the closing of its initial public offering on May 18, 2012 (the "Offering") in which 3,500,000 common shares were issued at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $350,000. The net proceeds from the Offering will be used by the Corporation to identify and evaluate assets or businesses with a view to completing a qualifying transaction under the TSX1V's capital pool company program.

The Corporation's directors and officers are: Joel Dumaresq, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director; John Meekison, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Director; Don Lay, Director; and Brien Lundin, Director.
