Vancouver, British Columbia –June 30, 2016, - Inform Resources Corp. TSX.V:IRR (“Inform” or the "Company") announces that Timothy Fernback has resigned as the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company and Jonathan Richards has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company. The Company has appointed Andrew Cheshire as the Chief Executive Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company. The Company has also appointed Daryn Gordon as the Chief Financial Officer and a director of the Company.
