The shareholders passed all resolutions for the Company and elected Zip Dhanani, Haafiz Bhulji, Ramon Mabanta and Robert Naso as directors of Altair for the upcoming year.

The Company’s board of directors has also appointed Zip Dhanani as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Robert Naso as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.
