("OMI" or the "Company") (TSX-V: OMI) (LSE: OMI) announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report and Accounts 2011, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) to be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at the hour of 4:15 p.m. (UK time) at Grand Connaught Rooms, 61 - 65 Great Queen Street, London, England WC2B 5DA.
