ELM TREE ANNOUNCES EXTRAORIDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Vancouver, B.C. - (April 16, 2013 - TSX-V: ETM) Elm Tree Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or “Elm Tree”) announces that it has called an extraordinary general meeting on June 14, 2013 for the purposes of approving a share consolidation of up to 5:1 of its share capital from the current issued and outstanding number of 13,039,149 shares. The purpose of the share consolidation is to facilitate further financings and transactions for the Company. The share consolidation shall be subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
