ALTAIR PROVIDES UPDATE ON NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO RAISE $500,000
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – NOVEMBER 3, 2016: ALTAIR RESOURCES INC. (“Altair” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: AVX; Germany FRA: 90A; ISIN: CA02137W1014; WKN: WKN A2ALMP) Mr. John Huguet, Chairman of the Board, provides this update in regards to the Company’s non-brokered financing of up to 2,500,000 units to raise $500,000, as announced September 21st, 2016.
The Company has received subscriptions on account of this placement and is working to complete the financing. The Company anticipates closing on or before November 30th 2016.
