Ms. Hartman is a corporate and securities solicitor with Armstrong Simpson in Vancouver. She has over 15 years of public companies experience and has acted as a director and officer of a number of publiclytraded companies. She is currently the Corporate Secretary of Doxa Energy Ltd., a TSXV listed oil and gas company and Nexoptic Technology Corp., a TSXV listed company developing lens technologies for imagery and light concentration applications.
