Golden Peak Minerals Appoints Interim CEO and Director

Vancouver, BC – July 18, 2016: Golden Peak Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: GP) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. R. Todd Hanas as interim President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company effective immediately.

Mr. Hanas brings over twenty years’ marketing, financial and corporate communications experience to the Company. He has particular expertise in the mineral exploration and development sector and has been heavily involved in start-ups, mergers and acquisitions and financings of many successful public companies.

The Company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Robert Coltura as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director. The company wishes to thank Mr. Coltura for his contribution to the Company and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
