ARCHER ANNOUNCES NEW CFO

Vancouver, British Columbia (May 7, 2021) – Archer Exploration Corp. (CSE: RCHR) (“Archer” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr. Dilshan Anthony has been appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary and will replace Mr. Nelson Lamb. The Company thanks Mr. Lamb for his service and contributions and wishes him the very best in his endeavours.

Mr. Anthony is a seasoned, organized, and responsible Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in the hotel industry and has recently moved over to the mining industry.
