Resolve Ventures Receives $1.0 million from Warrants

Vancouver, British Columbia … Resolve Ventures Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that all ten million shares purchase warrants issued pursuant to a non-brokered private placement that was completed in June, 2009 have been exercised by all holders. Gross proceeds of $1,000,000 raised will be added to the Company’s working capital.

The Company will continue to evaluate its current operations and may pursue any future projects or business opportunities that may arise.
