NEWS RELEASE--- STOCK OPTION PLAN ADOPTED; STOCK OPTIONS CANCELLED

June 18, 2018--Vancouver, BC: Silver Grail Resources Ltd. (“Silver Grail”) ( (“SVG”-TSX-V) is pleased to announce the adoption of a fixed, less than or equal to 10%, stock option plan which will replace the Company’s old stock option plan. Under the terms of the new plan, up to 2,777,462 shares will eligible for grants to directors, employees and consultants of the Company. The plan is subject to regulatory approval.

The Company also announces that stock options previously granted to directors and consultants on December 23, 2017 were not properly executed and hence are void ab initio; all the original granttOnce the new stock option plan is approved by regulatory authorities, new stock options will be granted.
