September 7, 2016, Vancouver, B.C. - Strategic Resources Inc. (the “Company”) announces certain changes of management.

Malcolm Bucholtz has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, President and as a director; and John Cook has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and as a director. The Company thanks both Malcolm and John for their past contributions, and wishes them success in their future endeavours.

The Company announces that Mark Tommasi (an existing director) has been appointed as President and CEO; that Michael Moore has been appointed as an independent director, and that Steven Brassard has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer.

Michael Moore, P.Geo

Mr. Moore is a British Columbia registered professional geologist with a B.Sc. geology degree (1989) from Carleton University Ottawa Ontario. He is a third generation miner with +25 years of field work and project management experience; national and international. Mr. Moore’s very diverse exploration skill sets include base, precious and industrial metal projects; ranging from grassroots to advanced stage exploration levels. A brief snapshot of his 25 year career evidences experience with (i) a wide range of gold-copper deposit types in Greenland, Mexico, Peru, Cuba, Ghana, Dominican Republic, Canada and the USA, (ii) Achaean nickel-PGM deposits in Nunavut, and (iii) manto-type carbonate replacement base metal and low sulphidation epithermal gold systems in Mexico, (iv) uranium and tungsten mineralization in various Canadian provinces and (v) intrusion-related gold and copper-gold systems in northwest Canada.

Steven Brassard, CPA, CA

Mr. Brassard is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a Master Degree in Professional Accounting. He provides accounting and financial expertise to public and private enterprises, enhancing their internal controls, financial reporting, financial systems, corporate governance practices and, where applicable, regulatory compliance. He has a diverse experience in the green energy, junior mining, medical hardware, hospitality and environmental resource sectors with both Canadian and United States companies.
