Resolve Announces Results of Annual Meeting

Vancouver, British Columbia … Resolve Ventures Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the outcome of the Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of the Company’s shareholders held on December 8, 2010 in Vancouver, British Columbia.

David Baker, J. Earl Terris, and Martin Auyeung were elected as members of the Company’s board of directors. The shareholders re-appointed Morgan and Company, Chartered Accountants as auditors for the ensuing year at a remuneration to be fixed by the directors.

Resolve’s shareholders also approved the ratification of Company’s Stock Option Plan as more particularly set out in detail in the Management Information Circular delivered to shareholders by the Company in advance of the AGM.

Subsequent to the meeting of shareholders, the directors appointed Mr. Baker as President and CEO, and Ms. Gu as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.

The audit committee will be comprised of Mr. Baker, Mr. Terris and Mr. Auyeung.
