Vancouver, British Columbia – March 4, 2022 – Golden Independence Mining Corp. (CSE: IGLD,

OTCQB:GIDMF, FRA:6NN) (the “Company”) announces that Don McDowell has resigned as a director of

the Company.

Jeremy Poirier, CEO and Director of Golden Independence, commented, "The Board would like to

sincerely thank Don for his service to the Company and his invaluable assistance in developing the

Independence Project. Don will remain a director of Americas Gold Exploration Inc., our joint venture
