SILVER PURSUIT ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

January 14, 2015 Symbol: SPF

Silver Pursuit Resources Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that it has entered into private placements for the sale of 600,000 units at $0.05 per unit for a total of $30,000 ( the “Financing”). Each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant having a two year term for the purchase of one further common share of the Company at the exercise price of $0.05 per share.

The Company shall use the proceeds of the offering for general working capital.

All securities issued in the Financing will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after closing of the Financing. Completion of the Financing is subject to a number of conditions, including, without limitation, receipt of all regulatory approvals, including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company may pay finder’s fees in connection with the Financing in cash, shares, warrants or a combination thereof.
