APPOINTMENT OF IRENE VANCE AS CFO TRILLIUM NORTH MINERALS
TORONTO, Ontario– Trillium North Minerals Ltd. (“Trillium”) announces the appointment of Irene Vance as CFO of Trillium North Minerals Ltd (“Trillium”) effective December 12th, 2013. She replaces Dr. Elliot Strashin who acted as acting CFO after the resignation of Rolland Martel effective January 10, 2013.
Ms. Vance has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the Academy of Economics, faculty of External Trade, Bucharest, Romania, is a member of the Certified Management Accountants Association of Canada and is currently undertaking certification under the CPA educational program. She has been the principal of IMV Accounting Inc. since 1997.
