Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - June 17, 2025) - Canadian Critical Minerals Inc. (TSXV: CCMI)

(OTCQB: RIINF) ("CCMI" or the "Company") hereby announces that Chris Stewart has resigned as a

director of the Company for personal reasons effective June 16, 2025.

Ian Berzins, President and CEO of CCMI, commented, "On behalf of the board we wish to thank Mr.
